Job summary

FirstCash is seeking entry-level, full-time Retail Sales Associates for our pawn store locations nationwide. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and provide friendly service while earning an hourly wage plus commissions.

The role emphasizes point-of-sale transactions, product knowledge, and teamwork. Pay ranges from $11.50 to $14.50 per hour with an unlimited commission upside on transactions.

Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers to develop rapport and recommend suitable financial solutions.
• Perform sales and loan transactions following policy and regulatory requirements.
• Keep the sales floor clean, stocked, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items accurately per procedures.
• Assist customers with inquiries and problem resolution; provide excellent service.
