FirstCash is seeking entry-level, full-time Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associates to join our pawn store teams nationwide. The Pawnbroker/ Retail Sales Associate greets customers and processes sales, loans, and other transactions with a friendly, professional manner.

The role offers an hourly wage with additional commission based on productivity and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401k options. Training provided to ensure success.

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Cash handling experience is preferred.
• Strong desire to work, serve customers, work with people, and be team-oriented.
• Computer literate and able to operate POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Greets and interacts with customers to develop rapport and recommend financial solutions.
• Performs sales and loan transactions according to policies and procedures.
• Keeps sales floor clean, stocked, and displays merchandise.
• Handles cash and negotiable items per policies.
