Job summary

FirstCash is hiring Full-Time Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associates nationwide. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and maintain a friendly, professional store environment. Earned Wage Access is available, and commission is paid on productivity on top of the hourly rate.

The role offers an hourly wage of $11.00–$14.00, with the potential to earn commissions and access to benefits after eligibility. Stores operate with customer focus and flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and high school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Cash handling experience is preferred.
• Willingness to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to develop rapport and recommend financial solutions.
• Perform sales and loan transactions following policies and procedures.
• Keep the sales floor clean, stocked, and presentable.
• Handle cash and negotiable items accurately and safely.
• Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Participate in training and contribute to a positive team environment.
