FirstCash Holdings, Inc. seeks entry-level, full-time Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associates for our pawn store locations nationwide. The role blends customer service with selling, loans, and daily transactions in a fast-paced retail setting.

The position offers an hourly wage range of $10.75 to $13.00, plus a commission plan on personal performance. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401k, earned wage access, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Able to perform duties for extended periods (standing, bending, walking, etc.).
• Ability to work with firearms and to become firearms certified.
• May assist customers outside the building in parking areas or property boundaries.
• Minimum Age: 18 years old.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Strong desire to work, serve customers, work with people, and be team-oriented.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations proficiently.
• Cash handling experience is preferred.
• Flexibility to work at multiple locations, including weekends and holidays.
• Computer literate and able to operate POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Greets and interacts with customers to develop rapport and recommend financial solutions.
• Performs open/close procedures.
• Keeps the sales floor clean, stocked, and merchandised.
• Performs sales and loan transactions per policies and regulatory requirements.
• Handles cash and negotiable items according to policies and procedures.
• Answers incoming calls per company standards.
• Communicates the legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.
• Collaborates with coworkers and managers to create a positive customer experience.
• Completes required training successfully.
• Other related duties as assigned.
