Job summary

Morrison Healthcare at Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC is hiring a full-time Diet Clerk to manage patient menus and diet-office functions under the guidance of the Patient Services Manager and Clinical Nutrition Manager.

The role requires prior related experience preferred; schedule is 7:00 am to 8:30 pm with rotating weekends. Competitive pay range is $17–$20 per hour, with comprehensive benefits available for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Previous related experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Distributes and collects menus.
• Assists patients in completing menu selections in accordance with prescribed diet by a dietitian.
• Plans regular and modified menus based on current diet manual.
• Prepares and distributes supplements, tube feedings, and enteral formula accurately.
• Maintains facility confidentiality and HIPAA regulations; respects patient rights.
