Job summary

Northwest Rehabilitation & Associates, a member of Therapy Partners Group, seeks a full-time Patient Care Coordinator (Medical Receptionist) for our Dallas location. The role offers 40 hours weekly, Mon–Fri, 7:00am–4:00pm, with starting pay of $17.00–$19.00 per hour based on experience.

The position requires greeting patients, answering phones, coordinating with Billing, PTs, and aides, and upholding HIPAA and confidentiality. Prior front desk and Microsoft Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1+ year in a front desk role; healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and maintain a welcoming front-desk presence.
• Answer phones and greet patients with professionalism and care.
• Coordinate with Billing, Therapists, and aides for smooth flow.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA policies.
• Review copay reports and audit dashboards and portals for accuracy.
• Support chart preparation and ensure AUTHs and notes are uploaded.
