Centre for EntrepreneurshipFull-time / Part-time Project Assistant IICentre for Entrepreneurship (CfE) is inviting applications for a Project Assistant II to provide support to its projects.
The appointee will be responsible for (a) providing logistics and operational support to competitions and events organised by the Centre; (b) preparing online and offline publicity materials; (c) providing general clerical support, including handling daily correspondence, invoices and payments, documents and filing; (d) assisting in administrative work of similar entrepreneurial projects within the Centre; and (e) performing any ad hoc duties or other tasks as assigned.
Applicants should have (i) completed secondary education; (ii) Grade E/Level 2 or above in at least 5 subjects in HKCEE, including Chinese and English (Syllabus B); OR any combination of results in at least 5 HKDSE subjects (including Level 2 or above in Chinese and English): Level 2 or above in NSS subjects, “Attained” or above in ApL subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects), and Grade E or above in Other Language subjects; (iii) a Bachelor’s degree; (iv) fast and accurate Chinese and English word-processing skills; (v) at least 1 year’s post-qualification work experience, preferably in administration, project co-ordination, or any related fields; (vi) a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); (vii) good interpersonal and communication skills; (viii) a social mindset and a strong sense of responsibility; (ix) a self-motivated and mature work attitude with good work ethics; (x) the ability to work independently; and (xi) proficiency in computer applications, such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Canva. Having experience in event administration will be an advantage. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a written test.

Appointment will initially be made on a 1-year contract, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
