Job summary

Jovie in California is seeking flexible on-call Back-up Nannies to join an in-home care team. You will care for children in-home, but you will not be required to transport them, and there is no household duty beyond light clean-up after activities.

The role offers pay between $18 and $20 per hour, paid training, a nanny kit, and opportunities to advance within the childcare field. Benefits include paid sick time and W-2 employment.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Experience working with children, paid or unpaid, infant experience mandatory.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness and ability to travel to various homes throughout the area.
• Available any 3 or more weekdays for 6-8 hour shifts between 7am and 7pm.
• Commitment to be communicative with the staffing supervisor and greet families with a bright smile.
