Job summary

Jovie in Laguna Beach is seeking reliable individuals for back-up nanny roles on our on-call team. Care is in-home for infants to toddlers, with no transport duties, and flexible scheduling around school or other commitments.

You’ll earn $20–$22 per hour, receive paid training and a nanny kit, plus sick time, medical stipend, paid vacation and holidays, and opportunities for advancement, bonuses, and travel mileage when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for children, paid or unpaid, with infant experience mandatory.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple homes.
• Available on at least 3 weekdays for 6–8 hour shifts between 7am and 7pm.
• Strong communication with staffing supervisor and a bright smile to greet each family.

About You

• At least 18 years old
