Your Role as a Data Entry Specialist:

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will enter information from a variety of sources into our systems, helping ensure our clients receive reliable, high-quality data. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

A Day in the Life of a Data Entry Specialist:

In this role, you will analyze and process information from filings and other digital sources, accurately entering data into our systems while following established standards and procedures. You will review records for completeness and accuracy, identify and correct discrepancies, and ensure data integrity before submission.

You'll work independently while collaborating with teammates to meet production goals and quality standards. Throughout the day, you may also track corrections, identify trends or recurring issues, and contribute to process improvements that enhance data quality and efficiency.
