Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–3 years in parks, forestry, facilities, or aquatic environments.
• CDL Class A with air brake, trailer and tanker endorsements required within 6 months; HVAC/building maintenance training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on Village properties incl. building, HVAC, aquatic facilities, forestry, landscaping, playgrounds, and general parks maintenance.
• Operate light and heavy equipment (truck, backhoe, bobcat, loaders, tractors, etc.) safely.
• Respond to work orders promptly and coordinate with Operations Manager for services and improvements.
• Order parts, equipment, and supplies; track work status and complete time audits.
• Train and evaluate staff, and lead others in assigned tasks.
