Job summary

Kenilworth Park District is seeking a Landscape & Facility Maintenance Staff member responsible for daily maintenance, repair, and improvements of parks and facilities. This position involves outdoor work, including maintaining turf areas, performing landscape maintenance, and operating equipment.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, two years of maintenance experience, and a valid Illinois Driver's License. Candidates must also be CPR certified. This role offers comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Two years of public grounds and/or facility maintenance preferred.
• Valid Illinois Driver’s License required.
• Must be capable of acquiring and maintaining current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Park District turf areas including mowing, trimming, seeding, and fertilizing.
• Perform landscape maintenance to include watering, mulching, weeding, and planting.
• Operate hand tools, landscape equipment, and District vehicles.
