Job summary

Starting hourly rate is $21.50 with DOE. Must hold state paramedic license, driver’s license, BLS/ACLS, and NREMT-Paramedic. GED or high school diploma required; healthcare experience preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess each call situation and determine best course of action using paramedic protocols.
• Use paramedic skills with equipment to provide advanced medical care.
• Communicate with patients and families to provide information and reassurance.
• Act as Paramedic team leader and manage scene and unit as needed.
• Drive the ambulance on 911 responses.
• Collaborate with allied health and public safety personnel.
• Participate in community programs to support AMR image and relations.
