The role may involve working with individuals or small groups and assisting during outings, with training provided where needed. Requirements include 60 credits/associate degree or equivalent ADE assessment, 1+ year experience with children, a valid fingerprint clearance card, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• 60 credits or an associate degree or passing ADE assessment.
• 1+ year experience with children and/or special needs.
• Ability to obtain or hold IVP Level 1 clearance and English proficiency.
• U.S. work authorization; visa sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed staff in the classroom.
• Aid students in meeting IEP goals.
• Maintain a learning-conducive classroom environment.
• Work with individuals or small groups during activities.
• Provide support for students in crisis.
• Assist with community outings by transporting students.
