Job summary

Qualifications
- 60 credits or Associates Degree or passing ADE assessment (ParaPro/Praxis exam acceptable).
- 1+ years experience working with children.
- Experience with children with special educational needs.
- Experience with personal care.
- IVP Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
- US Work Authorization – sponsorship not provided.
Responsibilities
- Assist licensed staff in the classroom.
- Aid students in meeting their IEP goals.
- Maintain a classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Work with individuals and small groups.
- Provide support for students in crisis.
- Assist with student outings and community activities.
- Use varied teaching methods to enhance learning experiences.
- Celebrate the students’ achievements.
