Farmer Focus in Virginia is seeking a Jack Operator for the Acorn Facility. This on-site, full-time role on 1st shift involves safely moving product with pallet jacks, picking orders for shipment, and supporting production and shipping teams.

You will work in a poultry production environment, maintain a clean work area, and comply with safety, quality, and sanitation standards. Wages are $18.50 per hour with benefits including health coverage, PTO, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
• Able to work overtime as needed.
• Willing to work in a poultry production environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate pallet jacks to move product safely.
• Pick customer orders for shipment.
• Assemble merchandise for shipment.
• Stencil, tag, or mark orders as requested.
• Repack and weigh orders as needed.
• Maintain clean, safe work area.
• Communicate with supervisors about needs.
