Job summary

Arcadia Cold Storage and Logistics in Hazle Township, PA, is seeking a Warehouse Operator to load, unload, stack, sort and pick products. This role may operate a pallet jack to complete tasks.

The position requires accuracy, adherence to OSHA standards, and the ability to work independently or in a team with fellow warehouse staff and leaders. Shift hours are Monday–Friday, 3:00pm–11:30pm, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Demonstrated attention to safety procedures and protocols.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, stack, sort and segregate products.
• Case pick and palletize goods for transport.
• Operate pallet jack as needed.
• Maintain accurate and orderly product handling.
• Adhere to OSHA standards and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to complete tasks.
