Job summary

SoulShine Farms is seeking reliable, safety-minded individuals to join our production team as Pallet Jack Operators at our plant in Gainesville, Georgia. This is an hourly position with weekly pay for time worked.

You will safely operate pallet jacks, move poultry products and supplies, and follow safety, quality, and sanitation guidelines in a cold production environment. Shifts include 1st/2nd with possible overtime and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to understand and follow safety, food-safety, production, and supervisor instructions in English and/or Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate electric and/or manual pallet jacks to move poultry products and materials throughout the facility.
• Inspect pallet jacks and equipment before use and report mechanical issues or safety concerns.
• Transport raw chicken meat, finished products, and packaging supplies to designated production and storage areas.
• Load, unload, stack, and position pallets as directed.
• Maintain continuous product flow to support production schedules.
• Follow all food safety, quality assurance, and sanitation procedures.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Work in a cold, damp production room while wearing required PPE.
