Farmer Focus in Virginia is seeking a Jack Operator for the Acorn Facility. This on-site, full-time role on 1st shift involves safely moving product with pallet jacks, picking orders for shipment, and supporting production and shipping teams.

The Jack Driver is responsible for safely moving product in and out of coolers, freezers, and various areas of the plant using electric and/or manual pallet jacks. This role supports production, shipping, and plant operations by accurately picking, transporting, assembling, repacking, weighing, and staging orders while maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe work area.

This position is required to access the poultry production environment and must be able to tolerate varying heat, wet, damp, cold, and chilled conditions within the plant. The role requires constant walking throughout the plant to pick up and deliver products, as well as frequent standing and bending. Team members must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. Hearing and eye protective equipment are required in production areas, and team members are required to wear hair and beard nets where applicable. This role is on-site and does not require travel.
