Job summary

Arcadia Cold Storage is seeking a Warehouse Operator I to support loading, unloading, stacking, sorting and case picking in our Hazle Township facility. You may operate a pallet jack and work with the team to move products safely.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, be able to learn new tasks, work independently or with others, and handle overtime and weekend shifts as needed. We value reliability, strong interpersonal skills and a solid work ethic.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to learn and retain skills to work safely and productively.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Solid work ethic and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends occasionally as required.
• Multitask, prioritize and adapt to changing directions.

Responsibilities

• Following proper handling procedures for products within the facility.
• Working with accuracy and attention to detail on product orders.
• Maintaining a safe and productive work environment per OSHA standards.
• Palletizing goods and preparing them for loading onto trucks.
• Collaborating with fellow warehouse employees and leaders to complete tasks.
