Job summary

BrightStar Care is hiring for a full-time Home Health Aide on the 3rd shift in Columbia City, IN. The position runs from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM with pay ranging from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour.

The role focuses on personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, and mobility support in clients’ homes. We offer weekly and daily pay options, health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, travel reimbursement, in-house training, 24/7 on-call support, referral bonuses, tuition reimbursement, and PRN

Qualifications

Active Indiana HHA license (or CNA with home care experience).
High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
1+ year of home health care experience.
CPR certification (current).
Physical exam and negative TB test within 12 months.
Valid driver’s license with transportation.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care tasks (bathing, grooming, hygiene).
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, and mobility.
Perform range-of-motion and mobility exercises per care plan.
Report changes in client condition to the nurse case manager.
