BrightStar Care is hiring for a full-time Home Health Aide on the 3rd shift in Columbia City, IN. The position runs from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM with pay ranging from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour.

The role focuses on personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, and mobility support in clients’ homes. We offer weekly and daily pay options, health/dental/vision insurance, PTO, travel reimbursement, in-house training, 24/7 on-call support, referral bonuses, tuition reimbursement, and PRN

Qualifications

• Active Indiana HHA license (or CNA with home care experience).
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1+ year of home health care experience.
• CPR certification (current).
• Physical exam and negative TB test within 12 months.
• Valid driver’s license with transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks (bathing, grooming, hygiene).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, and mobility.
• Perform range-of-motion and mobility exercises per care plan.
• Report changes in client condition to the nurse case manager.
