Job summary

North Valley Health Center seeks a full-time Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat patients across settings, from pediatrics to geriatrics, including inpatient, sub-acute, outpatient, and home care. The ideal candidate holds a current Minnesota OT license in good standing, and a degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, or D), plus current BLS certification.

This role includes weekend and holiday rotations; compensation ranges from $65,000 to $100,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• Current State of Minnesota license in Occupational Therapy in good standing.
• Bachelor, Master or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current American Heart BLS certification; if not current, training provided and certification must be obtained within 4 months from the date of hire or employment will be terminated.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, plan, and implement OT interventions for a group of patients.
• Interact professionally with patients, families, responsible party, and health care team while maintaining NVHC standards.
• Complies with regulatory standards of the American Occupational Therapy Association, the Department of Health, and other guidelines.
• Provide care across inpatient, sub-acute, outpatient, and home care settings.
• Full-time position with weekend and holiday rotation.
