Location: Fergus Falls, MN 56537
Position Type: 80‑hour biweekly

Salary Range: $35.26 – $48.36 per hour
Sign‑on Bonus: $10,000 with a two‑year work commitment for full‑time hires.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality occupational therapy services to Lake Region Healthcare patients and contracting partners in accordance with Minnesota state rules and regulations.
• Serve inpatient and outpatient populations across pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric age groups.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and ethical guidelines.

Compensation

Hourly Wage: $35.26 – $48.36 (final compensation based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity). The position offers a $10,000 sign‑on bonus with a two‑year commitment for full‑time hires.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice in the state of Minnesota by the Minnesota Department of Health and registered with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy, Inc., or become registered within the first six months of employment.
• Master's or Doctorate degree preferred.
• Current CPR certification (Healthcare Provider level) upon hire or obtained within six months.
