Flex Revive Solutions in Miami, FL is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. You will evaluate patients, design personalized plans, and guide recovery to improve motion and function within a collaborative setting.

We require a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a valid Florida license, proficient manual therapy, and experience using EMR systems (WebPT). The role operates Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM, onsite with a strong team support.

Work Environment

The Physical Therapist will work onsite in our state-of-the-art rehabilitation center located in the heart of Miami. Collaborating closely with a team of two other physical therapists and a physical therapy assistant (PTA), you will play a critical role in a supportive environment that values teamwork and collective success. Our work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a consistent and stable work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to identify patient needs and set attainable recovery goals.
• Provide hands-on physical therapy treatment, seeing approximately 2-3 patients per hour to ensure focused and effective care.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities aimed at increasing range of motion and mobility.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to inspire patients, encouraging them to engage in their rehabilitation actively.
• Design tailored fitness and wellness regimens, fostering patient motivation and adherence to treatment plans.
• Monitor and document treatment progress, tracking outcomes to ensure ongoing adjustments are made for optimal patient recovery.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care and share insights on patient advancements.
• Promote non-surgical treatment alternatives that reduce reliance on prescription medications.
