You will work onsite at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center, located in the scenic Daytona Beach area. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations to understand each patient's functional limitations and disabilities, creating tailored treatment plans that directly address their needs.
• Provide expert consultation to other healthcare providers regarding a patient’s continuum of care, ensuring coordinated and effective rehabilitation efforts.
• Engage with patients across diverse backgrounds through compassionate interactions, upholding customer service standards while respecting each individual’s culture.
• Document all evaluations, treatments, and discharge plans meticulously while adhering to legal and professional standards.
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members, fostering collaboration around patient care and treatment strategies.
• Participate in leadership roles that include community outreach, quality improvement initiatives, and educational responsibilities, sharing knowledge with staff and the broader healthcare community.
