Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from patients, physicians, employees, and other callers regarding appointments, referrals, and services.
• Schedule appointments for NYU FGP specialties using physician protocols.
• Enter patient information and verify insurance in NYU FGP systems; maintain accurate records.
• Demonstrate empathy, courtesy, and professionalism in all interactions; adhere to policies and procedures.
