Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to create a welcoming guest experience.
• Barista experience or demonstrated interest in specialty coffee and brewing techniques.
• Clear communication with guests and team members.
• Food preparation and basic food safety knowledge.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift and move supplies, in a fast-paced setting.
• Reliable, punctual, and available for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee and espresso beverages.
• Operate brewing and espresso equipment and maintain workstation.
• Greet guests, take orders, and process payments.
• Stock ingredients and supplies; keep bar area clean.
• Support opening and closing duties and follow health and safety guidelines.
