Empire 362 Coffee Stand in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a part-time Brewista to craft drinks, take orders, and provide friendly service in a fast-paced drive-thru setting. You will handle payments, ensure accuracy, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities include preparing drinks, maintaining cleanliness, following safety rules, and building genuine customer connections while presenting a neat appearance and working cooperatively with the team.

Qualifications

• Genuine uplifting interactions with customers.
• Safe handling of hot water, coffee, dairy products.
• Ability to work outside in various weather.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Able to stand, walk and be on feet for long periods.
• Can climb a ladder and use a stepladder safely.
• Stocking and cleaning duties in the stand.
• Safely move through drive-thru areas.

Responsibilities

• Converse with customers to confirm drink orders and enter them into the POS.
• Collect payments and provide correct change.
• Prepare drinks and premixes.
• Maintain urgency and serve customers efficiently.
• Build personal connections with customers daily.
• Know menu and customizations; offer suggestions.
• Maintain personal hygiene and wear appropriate uniform.
• Follow shift-change duties and weekly chores.
• Clock in on time for each shift.
• Treat teammates and customers with respect and kindness.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment per standards.
