Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly smile and establish rapport.
• Process transactions accurately at the POS and handle cash.
• Answer the café’s phone with a professional greeting.
• Sell and serve baked goods and food items.
• Assist in opening/closing duties and with baking/food prep/catering.
• Provide top quality espresso shots for beverages.
• Collaborate with coworkers and management to improve quality and service.
• Support changes and contribute to a positive work environment.
