Caribou Coffee is looking for a Team Member to deliver exceptional guest service, craft beverages, and support daily operations at our Sioux Falls location. No prior experience required, just a ready-to-learn attitude and a passion for coffee.

You will move between roles on shift, ensure accurate orders and cash handling, and help maintain a welcoming, clean store environment that reflects our purpose and values.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays as the coffeehouse needs.
• Excellent customer service mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for coffee, hospitality, and being part of a team.
• Preferred: Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers guest service that builds real connections and personal attention.
• Hand Crafts beverages and prepares food to standard recipes, customizing to Guest preferences.
• Moves between barista, greeter, and other roles as needed during the shift.
• Takes orders and manages the cash drawer accurately, following cash-handling standards.
• Keeps the coffeehouse clean, organized, and well-stocked per standards.
