Atrium Management Company is a full-service real estate platform specializing in management of 11,000+ doors across the southeastern US. The Maintenance Technician role focuses on hands-on maintenance, responsive service, and teamwork under supervision of the Property Manager.

The position requires HVAC certification, strong carpentry/electrical/plumbing skills, and experience with property management software. On-call availability and reliable transportation are expected.

Qualifications

• HVAC cert and related licenses required.
• Experience with property management software is essential.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Complete all service requests in a timely manner.
• Inspect community regularly and log deficiencies.
• Order parts within budgetary guidelines and coordinate with vendors.
• Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall and related repairs daily.
• Assist with apartment make-readies including painting and locks changes.
• Manage on-call duties and respond to emergencies as needed.
