Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team in Rock Island, IL. Working under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist, you will help treat patients by following individualized plans of care developed by the therapists.

You will participate in treatment programs, document patient responses, and communicate with the rehab team to ensure quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assist treating patients by following individualized plans of care developed by Occupational Therapists.
• Develop and implement OT treatment programs with OT assistance.
• Assist patients with all phases of OT treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record conditions and responses after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with the Occupational Therapist, Director of Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.
