Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified occupational therapy assistants to join our growing team. Working under the guidance of an occupational therapist, you will help treat patients by following individualized plans of care.

You will discuss treatments with patients, record their responses, and coordinate with the supervising therapist, Rehab Director, and facility staff. You will operate standard OT equipment and contribute to achieving excellent functional outcomes.

• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Occupational Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.
