Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified occupational therapy assistant candidates to join our dynamic team. Working under the guidance of an occupational therapist, you will assist treating patients by following an individualized plan of care developed by Occupational Therapists.

You will participate in treatment programs, document patient progress, and collaborate with the rehab team to ensure quality outcomes. This role focuses on practical hands-on therapy with direct patient contact.

Qualifications

• Qualified occupational therapy assistant candidates.
• Work under guidance of an occupational therapist.
• Assist patients with OT treatment plans and techniques.

• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
• With assistance of Occupational Therapist, develop and implement occupational therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
• Assist patients with all phases of Occupational Therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Occupational Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.
