Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. Working under the guidance of an Occupational Therapist, you will be part of a growing team and assist in treating patients per individualized care plans.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment programs, documenting patient responses, collaborating with the OT and Rehab Director, and operating standard OT equipment to support patient outcomes.

• Develop and implement occupational therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs with assistance of Occupational Therapist.
• Assist patients with all phases of Occupational Therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Occupational Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.
