Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is currently seeking qualified occupational therapy assistant candidates to join our dynamic team. Working under the guidance of an occupational therapist, you will help treat patients by following individualized plans of care.

You will assist with all phases of occupational therapy treatment, document patient progress, and communicate with supervising therapists and facility staff to ensure quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with all phases of Occupational Therapy treatment and techniques.
• Record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Occupational Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.
