Job summary

Concept Rehab & Engage Consulting in Adrian, Missouri is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team. This role offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment and contribute to improving patients’ independence and quality of life.

You will evaluate adults in post-acute settings, develop personalized treatment plans, and work closely with an interdisciplinary team to restore function and maximize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Missouri OT license required.
• Graduate of an accredited OT program.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat adults in a post-acute/skilled nursing rehabilitation setting.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to improve functional independence.
• Train patients in activities of daily living (ADLs), adaptive equipment, and safety techniques.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, nursing staff, physicians, and families.
• Complete accurate and timely electronic documentation.
• Help patients achieve meaningful functional outcomes.
