Job summary

Concept Rehab in Ingham, MI is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to join our therapy team. You will evaluate patients, develop plans of care, provide interventions, and support patients to regain independence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Michigan OT license required or eligible.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Experience in rehab or skilled nursing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and identify functional goals.
• Develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions.
• Help patients regain independence with daily activities.
• Track progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Communicate with interdisciplinary care team.
• Complete clinical documentation.
• Supervise OTAs as applicable.
