Concept Rehab & Engage Consulting in Adrian, MI, is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team. This role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities in a patient-centered setting.

You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to promote independence and quality of life for diverse patients. Licensure in Michigan or eligibility is required, with a focus on compassionate, team-based care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OT program.
• Michigan OT licensure or eligibility for licensure.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Provide skilled OT services based on patient needs and goals.
• Monitor and document patient progress and modify plans as needed.
• Collaborate with PT, SLP, nursing, physicians and other care team members.
• Educate patients, families and caregivers.
• Promote patient independence, safety and quality of life.
