Concept Rehab, Inc. in Adrian, Missouri, is hiring a Full-Time Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team.

You will evaluate and treat adults in a post-acute/skilled nursing setting, develop individualized plans, and help patients regain independence. You will collaborate with Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, nursing staff, physicians and families, document electronically, and contribute to meaningful functional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Missouri Occupational Therapist (OT) license.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat adults in a post-acute/skilled nursing rehabilitation setting.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that improve functional independence.
• Train patients in activities of daily living (ADLs), adaptive equipment, and safety techniques.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, nursing staff, physicians, and families.
• Complete accurate and timely electronic documentation.
• Help patients achieve meaningful functional outcomes.
