Job summary

Woodbridge Care Center in Tampa, FL is seeking a FULL TIME Occupational Therapist to join our in-house rehabilitation team where you are valued and appreciated. You will work with residents with cognitive and medical needs, providing skilled OT services and contributing to ongoing treatment planning.

Florida licensure is required or eligible; strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Screening and evaluation and plan of care development for residents with diverse diagnoses.
• Knowledge of standardized assessments and evidence-based practice used to support interventions.
• Provide skilled Occupational Therapy services to residents to improve, maintain or prevent deterioration.

Responsibilities

• Continue assessment of resident progress and adjust treatment plans.
• Monitor treatment plans for effectiveness and outcomes.
• Educate residents, families, caregivers, and staff about Occupational Therapy.
