Tender Touch Rehab Services in Largo, FL is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time position in a skilled nursing facility. You will evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments, create and implement personalized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an AOTA-accredited program.
• Certified by NBCOT as an OTR, if required by the state.
• Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
