Qualifications

• Florida license as an Occupational Therapist (OT).
• CPR certification.
• At least one year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents to improve daily living activities.
• Develop and follow treatment plans under physician-approved care.
• Conduct physical and psychological assessments as part of OT service delivery.
• Maintain documentation of resident care services by auditing records.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to support comprehensive care.
• Promote health and well-being through engagement in meaningful activities.
