Tender Touch Rehab Services LLC in Florida is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time position in a skilled nursing facility. You will evaluate and treat patients, develop care plans, and collaborate with a caring multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality rehabilitation.

Qualifications

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
NBCOT certification as an OTR if required by the state.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
Create and implement personalized care plans.
Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
