Qualifications

• Florida Professional license/eligible in Occupational Therapy Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Screen residents of various cognitive and medical diagnoses.
• Provide skilled Occupational Therapy services to residents with cognitive and functional disorders.
• Communicate findings to OT and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Monitor treatment plans for effectiveness and functional outcomes.
• Educate residents, families, and staff on OT interventions.
• Complete clinical documentation for each resident case.
