You will evaluate and treat patients with functional and cognitive impairments, create care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist required to apply.
• Current OT license in state of practice.

• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
