Job summary

Functional Pathways, at Cedarfield Retirement Community in Richmond, VA, seeks a full-time Occupational Therapist to join a collaborative therapy team. Qualifications

• OT degree from an accredited program (Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate).
• Active state OT license and licensure requirements.
• Knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures.
• Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate and re-evaluate residents as part of care planning.
• Discharge planning and revisions to plans of care under physician supervision.
• Provide therapy services to residents in a multi-facility setting.
