Functional Pathways, at Cedarfield Retirement Community in Richmond, VA, seeks a full-time Occupational Therapist to join a collaborative therapy team. You will screen, evaluate, and revise care plans while floating between facilities as needed, with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional weekends/holidays.

The ideal candidate holds an OT degree with an active state license and excellent communication and organizational skills. This role emphasizes resident-centered care.
