Job summary

Garfield Park Behavioral Hospital in Chicago is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator for the Nursing Department. You will coordinate and execute clinical staff scheduling and provide clerical support to the Director of Nursing, ensuring staffing coverage and smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities include preparing schedules, maintaining employee records, and performing payroll duties while coordinating with House Physicians and other departments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced degrees preferred.
• Experience in clinical staffing and healthcare scheduling preferred.
• Strong knowledge of office systems and word processing required.
